I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Triumph Construction for the wonderful restoration and renovation job your team did on my condo. The workmanship and professionalism of your crew was outstanding. I would like to particular highlight Frank, the site manager, who was extremely patient and kind about all of my questions and concerns -- he was truly great. My place looks absolutely stunning -- far better than the original which was very good. The renovation on my bathroom is spectacular -- I love it!

I was also very impressed with your coordination of all of the trades and insurance companies -- there were no hitches and the project was finished on time. It is certain that the next time I am in need of of contractor, I will call Triumph -- maybe as soon as next year for my kitchen! I will also not hesitate to recommend Triumph to my family and friends.

Over the past several years we have hired Triumph Construction to do extensive renovations in our home. These include:

Kitchen renovation, including new cabinets, countertops, sinks lighting, slate tile heated flooring, paint and drywall works;
Install Juliette balconies with French doors on two bedrooms;
Close in open carport and match new California stucco to old stucco;
Build a 1200 square foot garage/workshop with a new environment-friendly building material (eco blocks)
Prepare and paint the exterior of the house.

Triumph’s standards of workmanship in all of these areas were extremely high, throughout a lengthy process, Triumph was as non-intrusive as it was possible to be.  I highly valued their communication as they responded immediately if I had a question or concern.

I would not hesitate to recommend Triumph Construction to anyone who intends to build or renovate.

The strata council would like to introduce Triumph Construction Company Inc. of suite 301, 1530 56th St, Delta BC. V4L2A8 to you.

They are general contractors and we are very pleased with all aspects of their work.
They provided council with estimates and their labour rates are very reasonable at $38 per hour to $58 per hour.  They have completed a number of jobs for our strata including removing and replacing three garage decks and accompanying vinyl siding.  They have completed the work on time and on budget, making sure that council was kept appraised as the work progressed.

Is has been a wonderful experience to move back in a newly restored/renovated home.  The long wait is worth it.  Thanks to a team of wonderful people who worked hard to accommodate all our requests making sure that we are satisfied with the outcome.  My favorite was when I gave you a call about the knobs and my choice of kitchen hood fan, in the middle of the day asking you to substitute my preference and deduct the difference. I wasn’t expecting you to agree, but you did without hesitation.  These are the little things that are remembered and a show great customer service.

We are very happy with the work that you have done with our home.  Triumph is lucky to have a good banana like you (your terminology) not to mention the fact that you do not miss a dime or nickel with your invoice!  Special thanks to Ed who I got to bug every time for my little requests and my admiration for his dedication to the craft.
